Meet the Real Property Management Valley Wide Staff
Keith and Andrea Borges opened the doors of RPM Valley Wide in January of 2013. With their combined knowledge of real estate and familiarity with the local property management market, they knew that with their personal talents and high standards they would deliver superior service! They work tirelessly to accomplish and maintain this goal. They enjoy meeting and having an opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, tenants, and vendors from all over the state and country.
Keith and Andrea have been married for 38 years! Their strengths complement each other and that has helped make their business successful. When they are not dedicating time to the business, they enjoy taking trips together, watching home improvement shows and Dancing with The Stars. Keith and Andrea have three children and feel blessed to have their daughters, Amanda and Meghan working alongside them since the opening of the business. Their son Matthew lives in Mountain View with his wife, Elizabeth. They have one awesome granddaughter, Delaney, and are looking forward to the arrival of their grandson in July of 2021!
Amanda is our digital marketing coordinator. She has been with Real Property Management Valley Wide since its inception in 2013. She has worked in all aspects of the business and appreciates that her knowledge base helps not only with marketing the business but also providing insight in various areas. Her favorite part of working for Real Property Management is being a part of a family business and getting the RPM Valley Wide name out to anyone who would benefit from their services.
Amanda has been married to her husband CJ since August of 2016! Her beautiful daughter, Delaney is a freshman in high school and one awesome volleyball player! She spends time away from work with her family BBQing, singing backyard karaoke, going to the beach, watching The Office, and playing with their six dogs: Rocket, Dozer, Axle, Muffin, Sheba, and Petey!
Meghan is our leasing assistant and has been with RPM Valley Wide consecutively for 3 years but has personally been a part of the business since its opening in 2013. Working with RPM gives her the ability to help people in many aspects of the community. Being able to learn new things about the community of Merced on a regular basis, assist people in finding their perfect rental home, helping owners find the perfect tenant, and making people feel like they are at home when they are working with us are just a few reasons why working for RPM Valley Wide is such a rewarding job to her.
Her favorite things to do outside of work are collecting classic books, reading, watching movies, and playing games. She has the sweetest Yorkshire Terrier that she rescued from the animal shelter four years ago. Milo is now five and he is the most precious pup ever!
Jesus is our maintenance/property management coordinator (non-licensed) and has been with RPM Valley Wide for a little over eight months. He enjoys being a part of the team and works on continuous improvement across the enterprise. His goal is to bring additional value to our clients and staff through various advancements within our established systems. When he is not working, Jesus enjoys practicing and playing his guitar. He loves and values family time with his wife and three children.
